Features

Internet-based, accessible from any desktop browser, smart phone or tablet
Secure password-protected login for all users
Site functions protected by user roles, assigned by Show Secretary
Show Secretary for a show assigns user IDs to volunteers, and can restrict their access to particular functions of the software
Show information is only visible to authorized users; No one can see your show information unless you authorize it
Displays show information for all shows that you are authorized to view, even those from previous years.
Past shows can be “locked” to prevent accidental modification.
Entry Options specific to your show can be enabled or disabled, depending on your specific requirements. List of show options include:
- Hosting Open Division, Junior Division and Specialty shows
- Junior Showmanship signup
- Youth entries automatically entered in the Open Division
- Swap Cages and/or Swap Area preregistration and payment with entry
- Club Membership Fees paid for with entry
- Banquet reservations and payment with entry
- Cleanup Fee paid with entry
- Miscellaneous Fee Adjustments available to compensate for discounts, etc.
All entries for a show can be browsed, and if authorized, edited. The list of entries can easily be filtered and sorted by any column.
Existing entries can be viewed, and if authorized, edited.
When viewing an entry, the detailed exhibitor information is hidden from viewed, but can be revealed with one click.
Contact information can be withheld from publication on the Exhibitors List. This is often done with junior entries.
All recognized APA and ABA Breed Names and Varieties are available when processing an entry.
Typing the first few characters of a Breed Name will automatically suggest names.
Non-recognized Breeds and/or varieties can be entered via a simple pop-up. Once entered, they are available to the rest of the system.
Special Cooping information can be entered for each entry line: Paired, Double Coop All, Double Coop Males Only.
An unlimited number of lines are available to input entry information.
Reports Available include:
- Inventory Report, listing all sizes, types and holes, to help setup the showroom
- Coop Tag labels, printed in showroom order, to affix to coop tags. A Direct-to-Card option is available.
- Swap List, listing all of the exhibitors that have reserved Swap Cages and Swap Areas
- New Memberships, listing all of the exhibitors that paid for a membership with their entry
- Exhibitor List, listing all exhibitors, their contact information and what breeds they are showing
- Check-In List, for use at the front desk when checking exhibitors in
- Judging Sheets, printed in showroom order, used by the clerk and/or judge for recording judging results.
- Amounts Due, listing all exhibitors that have either under or over paid
- Display List, listing all Displays present at the show.
- Display Points Calculation Worksheets, providing a guided calculation for Display points
- Awards Worksheet, listing all awards available at the show.
CSV Export files can be generated for special processing
A page listing all Classes with birds entered in the show. Clicking on a class drills down into the breeds and exhibitors showing in that class.
A page listing all Breeds entered in the show. Clicking on a breed drills down to the exhibitors that are showing that breed.
User List, displaying all authorized users of Show Commander for the show, and their individual authorizations. User Authorizations can easily be changed, or users deleted entirely.
